Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, people-driven General Manager to provide overall leadership and direction for the business. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the organization delivers high-quality HR consulting solutions. The General Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to align business strategy with operational execution while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and high performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and translate organizational goals into actionable business plans.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Lead and manage client engagements to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and value delivery.
  • Oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all functions.
  • Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Ensure effective operational controls, processes, and systems are in place to support growth.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and sound judgment.
  • Uphold the organization’s values, ethics, and professional standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solid working knowledge of finance, budgeting, and operational management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
