We are seeking a strategic, people-driven General Manager to provide overall leadership and direction for the business. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the organization delivers high-quality HR consulting solutions. The General Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to align business strategy with operational execution while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and translate organizational goals into actionable business plans.
Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Lead and manage client engagements to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and value delivery.
Oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all functions.
Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, profitability, and financial performance.
Ensure effective operational controls, processes, and systems are in place to support growth.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Support decision-making with data-driven insights and sound judgment.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR consulting or professional services environment.
Proven experience in business development, client management, and stakeholder engagement.
Solid working knowledge of finance, budgeting, and operational management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
